Ingredients

  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp psyllium husk powder
  • 6 tablespoon golden flax meal
  • 1 tablespoon heavy cream
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350.

  2. Spray an Oopsie roll pan (muffin top pan) with cooking spray

  3. Combine all ingredients

  4. Scoop evenly into whoopi pie pan.

  5. Bake for 10 minutes and press one bun with your finger, if it is firm, they are ready to go!
