This is a substitute for when you're missing warm cereal on Keto.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of Almond Milk
  • 1/4 cup black chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp butter
  • Sweetener to taste

Instructions

  1. combine all ingredients in a bowl, and microwave on high for 1 minute*.
