Blueberry Banana Bread Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp. Golden Flaxseed Meal
  • 1 tbsp. Chia Seeds
  • 2 cups Vanilla Unsweetened Coconut Milk
  • 10 drops Liquid Stevia (or your choice of sweetener)
  • 1/4 cup Blueberries
  • 2 tbsp. MCT Oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Banana Extract
  • 1/4 tsp. Xanthan Gum

Instructions

  1. 1) Add all ingredients together into a blender.
  2. 2) I prefer to wait a few minutes so that the flax and chia seeds have enough time to soak up some of the moisture.
  3. 3) Blend for 1-2 minutes until everything is incorporated well, then serve up!
