Baked Cranberry Apple Crisp

Ingredients

Filling:

  • 4 apples peeled, cored, and sliced
  • 1/2 cup dried unsweetened cranberries
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp orange juice
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 Pinch of nutmeg

Crumble:

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/3 cup pecans finely chopped
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil melted
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees

  2. In a large bowl, mix together the apples, cranberries, honey, orange juice, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Place the mixture into a pie dish.

  3. Using the same bowl, mix together the ingredients for the crumble until combined.

  4. Spoon the crumble over the apple mixture. Bake for 30-35 minutes, until bubbly and golden brown.

  5. Let cool slightly before serving.
