Baked Cranberry Apple Crisp

Ingredients
Filling:
- 4 apples peeled, cored, and sliced
- 1/2 cup dried unsweetened cranberries
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp orange juice
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 Pinch of nutmeg
Crumble:
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/3 cup pecans finely chopped
- 3 tbsp coconut oil melted
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees

In a large bowl, mix together the apples, cranberries, honey, orange juice, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Place the mixture into a pie dish.

Using the same bowl, mix together the ingredients for the crumble until combined.

Spoon the crumble over the apple mixture. Bake for 30-35 minutes, until bubbly and golden brown.

Let cool slightly before serving.
