This is a substitute for when you're missing warm cereal on Keto.

Ingredients
- 1 cup of Almond Milk
- 1/4 cup black chia seeds
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp butter
- Sweetener to taste
Instructions

combine all ingredients in a bowl, and microwave on high for 1 minute*.
