Blueberry Banana Bread Smoothie
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp. Golden Flaxseed Meal
- 1 tbsp. Chia Seeds
- 2 cups Vanilla Unsweetened Coconut Milk
- 10 drops Liquid Stevia (or your choice of sweetener)
- 1/4 cup Blueberries
- 2 tbsp. MCT Oil
- 1 1/2 tsp. Banana Extract
- 1/4 tsp. Xanthan Gum
Instructions

1) Add all ingredients together into a blender.

2) I prefer to wait a few minutes so that the flax and chia seeds have enough time to soak up some of the moisture.

3) Blend for 1-2 minutes until everything is incorporated well, then serve up!
