Low Carb Bread Machine Bread

Servings 1 loaf
Ingredients
- 1 cup of water
- 2 eggs room temperature, slightly beaten
- 1 cup Oat Fiber
- 2/3 cup Ground Golden Flax Meal
- 1 cup Vital Wheat Gluten
- 1/2 tsp. of Xanthum Gum
- 4 Tbsp. Swerve ( powdered)
- 1 tsp of salt
- 2 Tbsp. of softened butter
- 1 tsp of real honey
- 1 Tbsp of instant yeast
Instructions

Stir water and yeast together until it bubbles a bit.

Add the rest of the ingredients.

Let the mixer knead the dough for about 7 minutes.

Make the dough into an oblong shape.

Place in well greased loaf pan and cover with greased plastic wrap, or make rolls.

Place in microwave and let rise for approximately one hour.

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Bake for 20-25 minutes.
Recipe Notes
- By Hand - Kneading it for longer (upwards of 15 minutes) results in a better dough. The end result shouldn't be shaggy looking, and it should bounce back a bit when you push on it with your finger.
