Chia Pudding Shake

Chia Pudding Shake
Prep Time 10 minutes
Servings 1 Jar
Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons Torani sugar free syrup Pick a flavor there are plenty
- A few tablespoons of heavy cream Optional
Instructions

1) Mix everything in a mason jar, stir well and let soak for at least an hour, better over night to let the chia seeds plump up.
Recipe Notes
The first time I shook/stirred it and let sit in the fridge for an hour and the seeds were soft/gel but it was thin enough to drink like a shake. The second time I made it at night and let sit in the fridge until the next morning and it was thick enough to eat with a spoon like pudding.
